Pressed Steel Cover Grilles

Our pressed steel cover grilles come in a wide range of sizes and are stocked as standard in white RAL9010, manufactured from 20swg mild steel with pre-set angled vanes at a 30deg downward deflection at a 8.5mm pitch, these grilles are used in most application but are generally used for covers to the intumescent fire blocks ( see fire block information for further detail on this product) . The stock sizes come in increments of 50mm ranging from 100×100 up 450 x 450 we can however provide up to 600 x 600 but please allow 5 working days for the larger sizes.

All pressed steel grilles sizes are based on the opening neck of the grille plus the surrounding flange  (e.g 150 x 150 neck plus flange size) flange board varies with each size of grille please contact our office if space is an issue, all grilles comes with a set of screws for fixing as standard.

These press steal grilles are ideally placed in applications such as toilet doors for allowing make up air to pass through –  they can also be placed in walls allowing the same process.
