These Extract only wall Canopies are made to the highest quality and in a concordance with DW172 (the kitchen ventilation guide lines) – We manufacture as standard from a grade 430 stainless steel sheet this can however can be up graded to a Grade 304 stainless sheet – please see price guide for the cost difference).
All our kitchen canopies come as standard with removable stainless steel baffle filters – these filters are designed to separate large amounts of grease from within the air stream which is then deposited through holes within the filters allowing the grease to drain away into drip trays attached to the kitchen canopy.
Additional lighting can be added to the canopies – we offer bulk head lighting along with a low profile lights ( the low profile light comes in 2 different size options). to help with the number off lights needed for each canopy size we have shown a grid table on the tabs shown along with the relevant specification attached.
